COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Coach Marco Pizzoferrato

Pride, tradition, moral values and life skills are all componets of my coaching philosophy.  I believe in a program
where all participants have a defined role.  A program where an understanding of their contributions build a sense
of pride and tradition.  My philosophy is to implement a program where the student-athlete takes the learned skills
and discipline of the sport and confidnetly applies them as they transition from school to community. The student-athlete leaving the program should be prepared for life both in and out of sports.

The program that I have developed focuses on the holistic development of the student-athlete. I want them to be successful on the field as much as in life.  Valuable lessons can be learned through sports if the correct things are being taught.  I want to see student-athletes succeed at playing football at the collegiate level and I believe I can provide them with the proper foundation and tools to make that transition.  The program I have developed focuses on academic success, leadership development, character building, and athletic achievement.
